1. What services does Shoe Transformers offer?

We offer sneaker cleaning, deep cleaning, restoration, sole reglue services, whitening and deoxidation, and select paint restoration or color customization services. Available services depend on the shoe's condition and the work required.

2. How do I place an order?

Visit www.shoetransformers.com, choose the service that best fits your needs, and follow the ordering instructions. If you're unsure which service is right for your shoes, contact us before placing your order.

3. How do I ship my shoes to you?

You may choose your preferred shipping carrier, such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Package your shoes securely and ship them to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt. Also ask if they ship to PO BOXES.

4. Who pays for shipping?

Customers are responsible for shipping their shoes to us and for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. Costs vary depending on your location, package size, and selected carrier. Contact us if you would like an estimate.

5. How long does the process take?

Turnaround times vary depending on the service requested, shoe condition, number of cleaning or restoration sessions required, and drying time. Shipping time also varies by carrier and location. Contact us for an estimate based on your specific service.

6. Can you remove every stain or restore every shoe?

Not every stain, discoloration, or defect can be completely removed. Results depend on the shoe's material, age, condition, and previous wear. We'll do our best to achieve the best possible result while taking care of your footwear.

7. Do you repair damaged or separating soles?

Yes, we offer sole reglue services for qualifying shoes. Please send us clear photos of the affected areas so we can assess the condition and determine whether a reglue is appropriate. We do not currently offer stitching or sewing repairs.

8. Can you repaint or customize my shoes?

We offer select paint restoration and color customization services. Availability depends on the shoe material, original finish, desired color, and type of customization. Contact us with photos and details to discuss your options.

9. Should I clean my shoes before sending them?

No, you do not need to clean your shoes beforehand. Simply package them securely and send them to us. If possible, remove any loose personal items from inside the shoes before shipping.

10. Will I receive updates about my shoes?

11. What happens if my package gets lost or damaged during shipping?

Customers should use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing insurance. Shipping issues are subject to our Shipping Policy and applicable law. Please contact your shipping carrier regarding loss or damage during transit.

12. Do you have a physical storefront?

Shoe Transformers currently operates without a traditional storefront. Shipping arrangements are available for customers who wish to send their shoes to us. Local pickup or drop-off may be available by arrangement, depending on scheduling and location.
