Ship Your Shoes to Shoe Transformers!

Getting your shoes cleaned or restored is simple! At Shoe Transformers, we make it easy to send us your favorite sneakers from wherever you are. Follow the steps below to safely package and ship your shoes to us.

Step 1: Prepare Your Shoes

• Make sure your shoes are ready to be packaged.

• Remove any loose dirt if possible.

• If you're sending multiple pairs, keep each pair together.

• Include your name, phone number, email address, and order number (if applicable) inside the package so we can identify your shoes.

Step 2: Package Your Shoes Securely

• Place your shoes in a shoe box or another suitable shipping box.

• Use packing paper or other protective material to help prevent excessive movement during shipping.

• Securely seal the package with packing tape.

• Make sure your shipping label is correct and clearly visible.

Tip: We recommend using a sturdy shipping box to help protect your shoes during transit.

Step 3: Ship Your Package to Us

Take your securely packaged shoes to your local USPS Post Office or another USPS-approved drop-off location. You can purchase postage and ship your package directly from there.

Important shipping information: Because our address is a PO Box, we recommend using USPS. If you prefer to ship with UPS, FedEx, or another carrier, please confirm that the carrier can deliver to our PO Box or ask about an appropriate alternative before sending your package.

We also recommend choosing a shipping service with tracking. Keep your tracking number and shipping receipt for your records.

Step 4: Let Us Know Your Shoes Are on the Way

After shipping your package, you can email us at shoetransformers@gmail.com with your tracking number and order information. This helps us identify your incoming shipment and connect it with your order.

Step 5: We Receive, Clean & Restore Your Shoes

Once your shoes arrive, we will identify your package and proceed with the service you selected. If we need any additional information about your order, we will contact you.

Our cleaning and restoration process depends on the condition of your shoes and the service requested. Some shoes may require multiple cleaning sessions, restoration work, and additional drying or curing time.

Step 6: We Ship Your Shoes Back

Once your service is complete and your shoes are ready, we will prepare them for return shipping so you can enjoy your refreshed footwear.
